ENTRY-LEVEL OEM REPLACEMENT HEADS

The IAG 600 Cylinder Heads serve as an entry-level alternative for stock OEM 2015-2021 Subaru WRX heads. Whether your engine has faced a catastrophic failure necessitating head replacement or you're starting without OEM heads, the IAG 600 Cylinder Heads offer an ideal solution. Capable of accommodating basic bolt-on upgrades up to 600 BHP, these heads feature upgraded GSC standard size valves, GSC Viton Valve Stem Seals, Kelford Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers, and OEM Keepers. Notably, FA20 heads differ in configuration from their EJ counterparts, with the casting divided into two parts: the "lower" and the "cam towers." The "Cam Towers" play a crucial role in securing the camshafts to the cylinder head. For those opting for Kelford EZ cams with IAG 600 Street Cylinder Heads, new OEM cam towers, rockers, pivots, and valve shim caps are included.

BUILT WITH ALL-NEW COMPONENTS

Every IAG 600 FA20 DIT Cylinder Head Set begins with pristine OEM castings sourced directly from Subaru of America. Following this, you have the option to include our additional Kelford camshaft package. If you opt for this upgrade, the heads will come equipped with Kelford EZ camshafts along with fresh OEM cam towers, rockers, pivots, and valve shim caps.

The new castings undergo meticulous visual inspection and disassembly before being securely fixtured in our state-of-the-art Newen Valve Guide and Seat Machine. Here, all intake and exhaust seats are precisely cut with a multi-angle valve job tailored to the flow characteristics of GSC's standard size 34mm Intake and 29mm Exhaust valves. Subsequently, the heads' decks are resurfaced to perfection using our advanced TS-3000 BlockMate, ensuring a flawlessly even finish on the aluminum. After undergoing ultrasonic cleaning to remove any residual debris and oils, the heads are meticulously reassembled using GSC Stainless Intake and Exhaust Valves, GSC Viton stem seals, Kelford Dual Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers, and OEM Valve Keepers.

 

KELFORD "EZ" CAMSHAFT AND LIFTER BUNDLE

For those aiming for enhanced power output, the Kelford EZ camshafts are the ideal choice to complement your IAG 600 Head Package. These camshafts are engineered to maintain low-end power while significantly boosting power and torque across the entire RPM range. Perfectly suited for applications with stock frame upgraded turbos or upgrades reaching up to 500 WHP, these camshafts deliver impressive performance gains. Additionally, this package includes all-new OEM cam towers, rockers, pivots, and valve shim caps for seamless integration. As part of our service, we meticulously set bench lash using our specially designed fixture. (Please note that final lash adjustment should be conducted once the heads are installed.)
