If your Subaru has mild bolt-ons, or if you plan on adding significant bolt-ons that will increase the boost and horsepower, at some point you will be limited by the factory top-mount intercooler. From experiencing heat soak, to surpassing the power limits with your modifications, you will have to upgrade to an intercooler with a larger core. GrimmSpeed has engineered a comprehensive front mount intercooler kit that will do a great job lowering those intake charge temperatures which will improve your performance but will also provide the cooling needed to maximize the performance potential of your other modifications.
