The GR/GV WRX has quickly become a ‘classic’ in the WRX dynasty with its aggressive styling in both the GR wagon and in the GV sedan. With 265 HP and a 0-60 time under 5 seconds, this Subaru was no slouch in factory form. This meant that enthusiasts had a solid platform to build more power. And when modifying your WRX, the very first upgrade you should perform is the COBB Tuning Accessport because there are many available off-the-shelf MAPS for current and future mods. The other upgrade you should consider is your fuel system because the more power you are making, the more fuel is needed to supplement those upgrades, otherwise you will lean out your engine. A DeatschWerks DW300 Fuel Pump generates a higher volume of fuel to the engine, and it is E-85 friendly. The DeatschWerks 1200cc Injectors will provide your engine with enough duty cycle especially if you are running E-85. And speaking of ethanol, the IAG PTFE Flex Fuel System Kit w/1300cc injectors, lines, fuel pressure regulator, and rails will include everything needed to allow you to safely employ E-85 as it can be corrosive to conventional and older fuel system components.
