Terrible Customer Service

After a five-month wait, I finally received the wheels. However, they arrived damaged. I promptly contacted their customer service, but no one has responded despite my follow-up with Work, who assured me someone would get back to me. It's been almost a month now. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Their service has deteriorated significantly.
