The Remark Catback exhaust sounds louder than stock when you step on the gas but not by much as you may think. In Intelligent mode, its pretty tame but opens up way more when you go in Sport or worse in Sport #. It has a deep and bassy tone to it. Now I see how effective the big mufflers on the stock exhaust were. Also, the cold starts aren't that bad either. In some cases, I think the cold start on stock was louder surprisingly but that's because whereas with the Remark catback, things got more bassy, the stock catback had a louder tone to it with less bass. Also, one of the tips on my exhaust got damaged in the packaging as it made its way to me. That's the only downside I would say. But otherwise, on stock headers, the rumble from these are amazing! Sounds closer to the traditional EJ rumble and it doesn't drone in the cabin like the stock one does at times. You can hear it louder and rumbling in your seat yes, but it's not obnoxiously loud in the cabin that you can't have a conversation. You just may hear a little rumble in the frame in the backseat here and there. Oh and with the fitment just adjust as you tighten the bolts to ensure it is levelled properly. It was slightly off at first for me but I got it to fit a little better after some further adjustments. The 4 inch tips look really aggressive.
