I love the look and functionality of these lights. They're bright, the styling is great, and I love the modern look of the sequential signal. The original set worked for a few months but I had to request a warranty replacement in Sept 2019 when the driver's side turn signal stopped working. The warranty replacement was prompt and I continued using these lights. Recently, I performed sound deadening in my trunk to eliminate several rattles in the back of the car. I was surprised to find that the black grid (located inside of the "C" shape) had come loose inside the light and was rattling against the clear lens of the housing (I assumed the noise was coming from the license plate holder). I contacted subispeed with a video of the issue and was asked to remove the light from the car and repeat the test. I immediately sent a second video illustrating the issues on both tail lights. After a few business days and calling to follow-up, I was informed that the lights are out of OLM's two-year warranty period and offered a discount on a new set. I understand having a warranty period, but throwing away a $500 tail light set because of failed adhesive is frustrating and something I wouldn't expect from a vehicle lighting manufacturer.

If anyone else runs into this issue: since the enclosure is sealed/solvent-welded, I ended up taking the lightbulb "plug" out of the case and drilling a couple holes into the back of the silver reflector. I was able to fish a large zip tie through one hole and used hemostats to pull it out the other side, I pulled the grid tight against the housing and tightened the zip tie. It's not horrible looking and I'm still salty but at least the rattle is gone and I'm the only one who's going to notice the issue. The repair didn't introduce any new exterior holes to the enclosure so I doubt I've introduced any condensation-related issues.
