Mishimoto's shift knob comes complete with black plastic inserts for universal fitment. NOTE: Depending on application, extra thread adapters may need to be inserted prior to the correct adapter to act as a spacer. This is to gain enough clearance for reverse lockouts. There will be exposed silver shaft with use of this universal knob.
