The exclusive High-Lift Hood Struts, tailor-made for the VA WRX/STI and VB WRX!

Let's be honest – the stock hood struts on the 15+ WRX/STI are impressive, but they have limitations. The primary drawback is their failure to open the hood wide enough, hindering optimal access and visibility in the engine bay. Grimmspeed's High-Lift Hood Struts provide the ultimate solution to this challenge.

Given the routine use and exposure of a hood strut kit, the choice of materials and finishing options is crucial. The centerpiece of these struts, manufactured in the USA, is of the highest quality, meeting the standards employed by OEMs globally. Specifically valved to match the weight of VA and VB chassis' hoods, these struts feature a quick-release ball and socket mounting for a seamless replacement of the factory struts.
