We set out to make one of the highest quality systems available that was simple and had a great sound. We have a single piece mid pipe section that is mandrel bent as needed and one of the straightest available. A V-Band clamp was used to attach the axle back portion for ease of install, and future V2 (right side single exit) and V3 (no muffler single exit) upgrade options.
You hear the exhaust when you want to, by letting the RPM's wrap out with your foot firmly on the floor, and don't hear it when cruising at 3000 RPM down the highway. It is also not overly loud when shifting normally on your morning commute to work.
To keep the ruckus down during normal driving we had to use a heavier muffler. Testing showed us that the lighter mufflers increased noise in the RPM ranges for daily commutes and is not something we wanted in our V1 system. We will have lighter exhausts for our V2 and V3 due out later this year. The number one goal for the V1 is sound and daily drive-ability, and I firmly believe that has been accomplished here.
All of our systems are built to order. This will add 3-4 business days ( Monday - Friday ) for welding and coating if applicable.
