With this particular brake kit, you get large 4 piston calipers that are OEM equipment found on the STI, but with Brembos slotted or drilled rotor options.

Slotted vs Drilled

• The slotted rotors create a sweeping motion that wipes the face of the rotor clean of any brake pad dust, and it also expels heat gases away from the rotor which provides a better bite, a cooler rotor, and better pedal response.
• The drilled rotors reduce the wear of the brake pad, and the holes ventilate the hot gases away from the rotor which provides a better bite, a cooler rotor, and better pedal response.
