This is the COBB Tuning Front Mount Intercooler Core that is available for separate purchase for those of you who need an intercooler that is capable of supporting the rest of your modifications. Once you start modifying your exhaust, injectors, or increase the boost, then you are surpassing the limits of your stock top mount intercooler core which can hinder the rest of the performance in your vehicle. Additionally, this is a great option for those of you installing a rotated setup, or a custom turbo setup that required custom intercooler pipe routing for fitment. So if you plan on doing these kinds of modifications, a quality front mount intercooler setup is required to reduce the intake charge temperatures needed for optimal performance.
