Super Easy Install - Excellent Results
By Brian February 27, 2020I got this installed at the same time as the Group N transmission mount and the Boomba short shifter plate and the difference is noticeable. First, this is super easy to install. Simply get under the car, remove the pin that holds the shifter cable in place, use a screwdriver or punch and shove at an angle to remove the old soft rubbery bushing and then cover this with 3M Silicone paste and push it in with the outer ring facing the inside of the transmission. Put the cover back on, and insert the pin and you are done. Much better than the Perrin brass bushing from what I have heard from others. Cheaper too. Buy this and be happier with less sloppy shifts.
