GCS Light Up Coasters
These coasters light up in the dark! They're powered by a small rechargeable battery and have a photo cell on the top to detect the presence or absence of light. Included is a microUSB cord to charge them. They will last for hours and can be disabled via a button on the bottom. Depress for a few seconds and it will turn on or off.
Available in 3 colors and sold as a pair.

Really cool idea, unfortunately executed
By Ryan January 13, 2022They look real cool, but unfortunately are poorly designed. The batteries in both coasters puffed immediately after being plugged in to charge, producing enough pressure to create an ugly dead zone in the STI logo, which a small stiff plastic piece or a slightly larger cavity inside could have prevented. The size of the coasters are also smaller than the cupholders in the car, with about 1/2 cm of space all around, but this allows the light to escape from the sides more as well. Overall it's a great idea, and looks pretty decent, but it feels as budget took priority over functionality in the design process and the dead spot in the logo kills a lot of the cool factor.

Perfect interior lighting
By Andy April 5, 2018Looks great, the only downside is that the button to turn them on is really small. They are solar activated so when it is dark or has something covering them they turn on.
