Equal Length Twin Scroll Design improves exhaust gas scavenging, increasing the engine’s ability to make power. Available for the traditional OEM (or OEM style) turbocharger, or Dual External Wastegate version to deliver Maximum Performance Potential.

321 Stainless Steeloffers benefits over common 304 Stainless Steel. 321 is made with the alloying element Titanium. This increases the material cost significantly, but for a turbocharged application, offers advantages over 304. 321 offers Increased Strength and Toughness at elevated temperatures, making it less likely to fatigue and crack. 321 was developed by the aircraft industry specifically to address longevity issues with pressurized turbocharged manifolds; addressing cracking from lower quality grades of stainless steel like 304. 321 Stainless Steel conducts less heat that 304 Stainless Steel. This means a 321 header will deliver more thermal energy to the turbocharger, improving Responsiveness and Efficiency.

Large Radius Free Flowing Mandrel Formed Bends Maximize Flow potential. Common 1D bends are easy to come by, inexpensive and provide the least performance. Advanced Design, Simulation, and Testing was used to verify maximum performance capability of our header (further verified by independent testing – BrenTuning.)

  1. THE ULTIMATE UNLEASHMENT

    to everyone who might be thinking of what might make you wrx a terrifying nightmare to others along side you on a high boost pass or a wide open throttle chomp off the line. This is the air sounding trumpt of hell no one will expect. First let me share some of the supporting mods with you. N1 CAT BACK J PIPE CATLESS CAI STEAMSPEED 67+ TGVD and EGRD FMIC V3 AP 3 PORT ECBS CM 500CC METH INJECTION. And of course the killer be header with the duel 38mm waste gates I would recommend a hoist 100% when performing this mod. Be ready for 4-6 hours and several go to shops to be open for misc items. Killer bee is good enough to provide in there kit a threaded rod which is to be used to block the internal wastegate which is not in the description so don't bother with purchasing a block off bracket. Installation is not a simple task but not complicated either. As far as fitment goes the header is a perfect perfect fit, one area that you need to be aware of is skid plate clearance. The spacers provided were not enough to clear the header so if you run into this issue you will have to use more spacers. I needed 1.5 inches at the rear and .5 at the front and I'm not sure why. You may not have this issue but atleast be aware if it. You will be creating your own boost lines to the gates and don't forget to wrap them with heat shield tape. All of this is well worth the effort and the results are great. I always run 2 protune maps one with METH and one safe map. Before this mod I dyno pack tuned the car at 311/308, and 338/341 with METH. Post tune 322/310 and 378/367 METH. It is important for me to state the safe map is conservative and the car had to be detuned with the METH. Torque started out at over 380 without reaching a full pull, the stock block will not enjoy these levels so keep it in mind to let you tuner know what to expect. The car however drives absolutely great. Very very loud under boost and smelly in a good way. The car will shout flames at redline out the bottom and the smell of roasted bugs will hang in the air but know that they died in a blaze of glory
