Details
304 stainless steel is used throughout the exhaust construction. All components are meticulously TIG welded for outstanding appearance and strength. Four custom exhaust tips fill the factory bumper cut‐outs perfectly, protruding just enough to show off the COBB logos etched into the top of each polished tip. Perfect fitment is achieved with either the Subaru factory downpipe or the COBB 3" SS Downpipe.

Great Choice !
By Info_Tech_B October 6, 2021After doing some research and reading other reviews, I decided on this system because I wanted more sound (but nothing excessive) and no droning. THIS SYSTEM DELIVERED ON ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. Before install, I sent it out for a black ceramic powder coat finish that is heat resistant to 1800° F and purchased the recommended COBB Urethane Exhaust Hangers. I highly recommend this process if you plan on painting the mufflers or tips, as it will not peel or flake. Cost for ceramic powder coat for entire system (CAT back) approx. $225

Best investment ever
By Kevin May 1, 2018After much research I finally pulled the trigger of this cat back. At first I thought the price was a bit high, but after installing and hearing this run on my stage one map I was smiling ear to ear. It fit likes a glove. Can’t wait to go stage 2+. Thanks again subispeed.

Perfect
By Ron September 11, 2017I had the ETS system on my previous STi and I loved it! However, it was just a little too loud for my liking. I switched to the Cobb and it's perfect. I bought the Cobb hangars and everything sits how it should. This system will not draw unnecessary attention. It's very deep. It may not be as aggressive as some would like.

This Exhaust is Awesome
By Deez June 4, 2015The Cobb Stainless Steel 3" Cat Back Exhaust is awesome. The quality is incredible and the sound is exactly what I wanted.. It has a deep tone and is not too loud.. I did not want a loud cat back setup and this is the perfect balance. You will want to jack up your car to polish the entire exhaust, that is how nice it is. I would recommend ordering the Cobb Urethane Exhaust Hangers with your new exhaust. The stock hangers will work but to keep the exhaust snug spend the extra dollars. They are Cobb part # 511312. Also the customer service from SubiSpeed was great.. I must have searched for 5 days trying to figure out what exhaust to get, watching youtube videos reading forums and I was completely undecided. Then I emailed SubiSpeed customer service and -Yo helped me make my decision. So if you are like me and cannot make up your mind on what cat back to get.. I don't think you can go wrong with the Cobb... And SubiSpeed.com will ship it out quick..
