Queitest of the bunch!
This is my 3rd catback. My 86 is now supercharged so it's going to be loud no matter what. The Q300 is probably your best solution after trying the N1 (bassy and drony) and the Borla (racecar loud); for a FI daily driver. Sensible cabin noise and not too obnoxious on revving.

Bring out the boxer rumble!
Love this catback, as one of the quietest options, as I was looking to enhance my exhaust note without being obnoxiously loud. Really brings out the grunt and rumble. Two things to be mindful of: (1) It does get louder as the packing burns away over the first year of use. I eventually installed universal silencers inside the tips, and am very happy with the result. (2) The connection between the midpipe and muffler is not the best. Twice, I ended up with an exhaust leak that made an embarrassing sound, however, a beefier exhaust connector and liquid gasket finally fixed the issue for good.

Garbage product
This thing sounds like cheap buzzing garbage at 4k rpm. Also the muffler canister leaks. Manufacturer won't honor warranty. Avoid like the plague.

Quiet Performance
Was running a FlowMaster 'American Thunder' cat-back system in my FRS.Then, after 4 years, was ticketed for for having a loud exhaust system. My 240Z(s) and motorcycles run loud - really loud so it was interesting that I was pulled over in my FRS. Anyway, after careful research I went with the Invidia Q300. Seemed like a good trade off without sacrificing performance. Got the fix-it-ticker signed off and I am slowly getting use to a quiet car.
