Authentic Subaru OEM JDM AC Vents with Piano Black Trim
Subaru comes out with many special editions for the Japanese market. Often these get interior enhancements like the piano black trim on these AC vents. These little interior enhancements make the vehicle feel like a premium model when installed.
Removal of the OEM AC vents is not difficult and the replacements are a direct fit. You can remove these without removing your entire stock radio. Please note that we have used the side vents for the installed picture. It is only for reference as this listing is for the center vents.

By JVR July 4, 2022If you have the 2018+ STI with the piano black trim, this changes the look of your interior tenfold. It is a very small detail but makes the interior look Euro Sport Sedan level... well almost. I wish this was a factory option - like an Onyx edition. The center unit is slightly trickier to install than the sides but be patient and mindful of not using too much pressure.

JDM OEM WRX-S4 piano black trim worth the purchase
By Anonymous August 23, 2020The WRX-S4 piano black trimmed center vents now compliment my OEM 2016 WRX STI middle trim and my 2015 FXT piano black trimmed climate controls (from my wife's car). If you are able to do so and don't want to try and paint your silver/chromed trim, buy JDM OEM and be happy!
