INSPECTION AND DAMAGED GOODS
Your product can be shipped to you from your dealer, or directly from SEIBON. They examine and double-pack every item before shipping. However, due to the sizes of most items, handling can be awkward, and sometimes trucking staff do not handle them carefully. They must count on the consignee to examine the product’s condition upon receipt. If you notated all damages on the delivery receipt (which you should), then you can file a claim with the trucking company. You can also contact your dealer to obtain supporting documents from us, if required by the trucking company.

Great looking splitter but requires some dremeling and cutting cutting to get to work with the OEM front bumper. Also arrived damaged.
By Apprehensive-Mud November 3, 2022I think that this is the best looking lip out there! The installation was not as plug and play as I thought it would be. I needed to sand down and use a dremel in some spots. The splitter does make the bumper significantly more heavy, just a heads up to anyone that might not expect that. Seibon does not provide any hardware for installation and only provides a set of generic instructions. Make sure that you have some bolts, washers, locking washers, and nuts for the install. It arrived damaged. Make sure that you take a look at the lip with the shipper when it arrives there with you. I was not able to get Seibon to replace my lip because I did not mark that it was damaged on arrival. I did not open the box and notice the damage till the weekend when I was installing the splitter.
