By Leonardo July 16, 2019Install took roughly 3 1/2 hours, used air impact wrench which made everything very easy. If you choose to use regular hand tools, may take double the time, and the top bolt of the strut will require a go-thru socket in order to hold the strut with an allen key. For safety, go ahead and use spring compressors, but on my last strut, I didn't use them after I realized how much the spring decompresses as you unbolt the top of the strut. Spring simply comes off without flying away. Not impressed with the product, BUT it did reach my expectations. Around an inch drop in the back, and half an inch in the front. does eliminate the wheel gap, and lowers it to the point of which I will be cutting my fenders since I'm running 18/9.5 32mm 255/35 wheels and fender flares. Love how it drives, and I would even say it gives a more comfortable ride, and yet is stiffer in the turns. Lower center of gravity does make a difference. Perfect suspension setup for a daily subi like mine, plan on keeping these springs for a while. For the the price, I'd say go for it!
