From HPDE events to SCCA competition, Swift Spec-R Sport Springs are made for the track enthusiast looking to take their vehicle to the next level.
Swift Spec-R Sport Springs were engineered with 3 characteristics in mind.
Modified ride height compared to Sport Springs to maximize optimal suspension geometry.Further increasing the spring rate to enhance overall performance. The increase in spring rate is based on the upper limits of the vehicles factory shock valving.Maintaining optimal comfort level for street use.
Spec R springs are wound with the same engineering and material as our sports springs. With the exception of stiffer rates and slight change in ride height; you can expect the same characteristics as our sports springs.

more than satisfied...
The drop is subtle, but the handling differences are noticeable immediately. Everything... the view of the road, turn in, the reduction in understeer, and the ability to carve through the twists with an increased level of control and precision simply blew me away. I look for reasons to drive the car now. Any reason. It looks so much better, too, with a true sports-sedan stance. Love it. Highly recommend getting adjustable rear control arms (i got the SPCs) and the alignment is worth it. I kept factory specs as I am not tracking the car and like my tires.

Okay
They look good.

Great
These are fairly straight forward to install if you have the tools. I think all the tools I used were 12,14,17 and 19mm sockets / wrench and a spring compressor I got at a local shop. Takes a couple of hours tops and easier with a friend for the fronts. These springs are amazing though I have almost 20k on a set for my 370z and I'm sure these won't disappoint 20k later.

Awesome
These springs are awesome, roughly 1" drop all around. I prefer the more 'sport' ride style of the performance springs. Say for bumps where you used to bounce a couple times while stock, is now just 1 good bump and no bouncy-ness. turning is much more firm/confident now too. I paired them up with RS*R's rear LCA and RaceCompEngineering's front strut top hats for fine tuning with alignment. (you don't necessarily need, but may as well since you're taking the struts out to install) Perfect to go along with new set of wheels.
