This is a revised version to our original dock mount. It is now injection molded! Along with the mount now being injection molded in a UV resistant polypropylene like the OEM vent the AP will now sit lower in the vent and will NOT require hardware for install. It simply snaps in like the stock vent for the easiest install possible. The lower position allows better visibility and windshield clearance when you are taking your AP on and off its dock as well.

Clean Up Your Interior
This is a revised version to our original dock mount. It is now injection molded! Along with the mount now being injection molded in a UV resistant polypropylene like the OEM vent the AP will now sit lower in the vent and will NOT require hardware for install. It simply snaps in like the stock vent for the easiest install possible. The lower position allows better visibility and windshield clearance when you are taking your AP on and off its dock as well.
The Dialed Mounts dock mount allows you to run the cable through your dash so you don't see it for a super clean look. This also means you no longer have to fumble with your cable. To plug your access port in you will simply have to set the AP on the dock and it will automatically connect. The supplied adapter does all the work for you.
The AP is secured inside the dock using the cable connection, the cradle the AP sits in and a high power neodymium magnet on the backside of the dock. This will insure your AP stays put on those high G launches and corners.
One of the best features of the V2 version is we are now using ducting from the factory vent to the dock it self. This insures the vent still blows air like stock to keep your windows defrosted.
There is NO CUTTING DRILLING OR MODIFYING OF YOUR DASH. You can return your car to stock with no signs of install if you choose at a later date.
NOTE: In our hunt to maximize the air flow through the dock we have noticed some models will require slight trimming to the oem vent duct as the cable adapter may contact it. If your dock wont push down flat into the dash you will need to trim the duct slightly as some seem to have more flashing on the end then others.

Not worh $5
By Jimmie September 3, 2022Easy to install. Fits horribly. Front is so flimsy it bows in the middle leaving 1/4" rise from the dash. Front clips don't hold for crap so slight push on the accessport and the whole piece comes out. Don't waste your money. I applaud the idea but the execution was horrible.

Don't use on older access cables
By Solodriver August 23, 2022Received version 3 which has no instructions but not too hard to figure out. Only problem is the mount clips are not for the older version cobb cables that feature an arrow. Clipped it on and it took out one of the cable tabs so I can't unplug the access port. Pretty pissed I have to buy a new cable now.

Easy Install, Works as Intended, Poor Fitment
By Anthony M July 6, 2022I got this mount shipped and nothing was bagged. Just an open box with packing material. Install was very straight forward but super aggravating. Very disappointed with the fitment, it doesn't sit snug like the OEM piece and when removing the Accessport the entire vent just pops out. The front clips really aren't clips, more like guides. Going to give it a few weeks and see if the heat straightens it out a bit.

Quality is not there
By Anonymous June 22, 2022For $65 I was expecting it to be a lot better. Came with no instructions but worse is it just does not fit well. It is bowed upwards. I tried refitting it but it's just terrible. The finish also could be a whole lot better. It just does not look good for the price at all. Highly disappointed with this product.

waste
By travis June 21, 2022I ordered this in December the same day I traded my hatch back for my VA STi. After 4 delays and 7 months later, this finally arrived. Fits like complete trash. The 3d printed one I had in its place white I waited fit better than this garbage and that was my first print I ever done. Here is my list of complaints after less than 24 hours of being installed; -It does not fill the same amount of space that the vent does that needed to be removed so gaps along the edges -it was completely flat when I first installed it then already warped from the heat after 4 hours with my sun shade up -it says injection molded but the piece that goes in the vent to move the air forward is clearly 3d printed -the retention clip for the cable does not hold the cable its place so when i go to remove my AP, the cable comes with it and since the mount does not fit 100% it pulls up with it I wasted my money buying this and wasted my time waiting for it. I should of gotten a different one from a different company. And because i waited so long, i was debating canceling the order, however SubiSpeed charges a fee for canceling an order even though i had already waited over 4 months at that time and 3 canceled shipping times.

Worth it.
By Jason January 8, 2022Good to clean up the look of the dash. Forester SJ fitment: needed to cut into the factory ducting to create a 1/4" notch for the connector housing to run unobstructed. Something that could be improved is making the front retaining lips a little more aggressive to grab the dash better.

Like the idea.. Fitment not so great
By Ryan December 16, 2021Like the idea, AP is secure in place but the piece keeps bowing in the middle showing a gap… I can push it down but it comes back.. wish there was a third clip in the middle to help it stay down. Gonna try and fix it myself maybe with some double sided adhesive or maybe check if I did something wrong..

By Nick December 9, 2021I had very high hopes for this mount / dock and while the idea is marvelous the execution is not. The material used is soft and flimsy and within a couple days it had developed a nasty curve and did not sit flat or flush with the dashboard. There needs to be a thicker material used like the factory vents. If you care about how your dashboard looks, I would definitely not recommend this. And for the price, I was very surprised. This seems like it was 3-D printed using cheap materials and should have been about $15. Switched back to the factory vent about four days after installing and I’m now trying to find a different solution

Closer, but not there.
By Cory September 9, 2021The second version is better, but not quite finished. Doesn't quite sit flush. If it used 3 tabs instead of two it would hold itself down in the middle. Also, the tabs themselves could stand to be a little deeper. It's a little too easy to pull the whole unit back out when you remove the accessport. I have a feeling v3 will have it nailed down.

A good effort, I prefer the V1
By Z August 19, 2021I love my V1 mount, and was excited to try the V2, unfortunately it doesn't hold up well to Texas heat, and warped after two days. I don't feel there was a significant difference in windshield clearance vs. the V1, particularly after the center bowed out due to the aforementioned warping. Snap-in installation, being able to use the vent for it's original purpose, smaller form factor, and not having the obvious 3D printed look are great improvements, but I think Dialed Mounts should have another look at materials.

Do not buy
By Yen August 7, 2021Build quality was worse than the v1. For being more expensive I expected better. Only good part of this mount was that it snaps in compared to the two screws on the v1. Also it states it sits lower into the vent. It does not at all. Yes it does look like it sits lower but they angled it more towards the front windshield so the clearance between the AP and windshield is the same if not worse than the v1. Installed my v1 back on.
