AEM Charge Pipe Kit
The AEM 26-3000C Charge Pipe is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube charge pipe kit designed to replace the restrictive factory charge pipe on specific turbo charged Subaru WRX models. The AEM charge pipe has been engineered to reduce turbo charged air pressure loss as well as dramatically increase air flow from the turbo to the intercooler. The specialized aerodynamic tube design produces a noticeable horsepower and acceleration gain from your engine.
The tube also features a fitting that can accommodate the factory or any other after-market diverter valve or blow-off valve. This allows you to choose the type of valve that will give you the specific boost performance, blow-off acoustics and under-the-hood style to fit your needs. The charge pipe is constructed from lightweight aluminum with a durable gunmetal gray powder coated finish. For additional horsepower gains and improved engine compartment aesthetics, the AEM 21-732C Cold Air Intake System can be installed into your vehicle as well.
The charge pipe kit is easy to install with commonly available tools and it is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM charge pipe kits are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal.

Worth it if your ready
This is not a swap up charge pipe. Be ready to do some work and relocation of diverter. Cupple this to a gfb or something but it makes a difference with a tune. If you are like me and have changed the rad this part WILL NOT FIT with factory rad fans. Not enough clearer so the mod list will have to grow
Just letting you all know the charge pipe recirculation kit is now available on aem site. Now I'm going to place my order for this charge pipe
Be careful! I received this product and installed it only to discover at the very end of the install that there is no plumbing for recirculation. The very end of the instructions reads "if you are using the factory valve, please purchase the AEM recirculation kit" and gives a part number. Guess what? I can't find that part number anywhere. Not even on AEM's website! The way the instructions end has your stock recirculation valve blowing off to the atmosphere, stalling the car immediately. Mishimoto has a similar charge pipe kit which appears to include the necessary plumbing for use with the stock valve. It's nearly double the price, but I will buy it instead. Lesson learned.
check the bent tube for missing parts!!!
When you first get this product the instructions tell you to make sure to check if you have all the parts needed. I could not find 2 small clamps and a vacuum hose cap. If you run into this same problem check the plastic tube bent at 90 degrees if you look inside the parts you are missing might be wedged in there. make sure you at least check it before installation. Part was received in perfect condition, it looks much better in person. the instructions are detailed but i think i will wait for an install video.
