WRX Steering Wheel Inlay (Carbon Fiber Look or Matte Black)
2015+ WRX / 2015+ STI
There's a large silver area at the 6 o'clock position on the 2015 WRX steering wheel. The STI has a nice a logo here, but Subaru left it bare for the WRX.
Here's your chance to add a touch of customization to the OEM steering wheel.

Came with 2 sets which is nice. Fit well over existing emblems. No complaints.
Purchased the Matte Black and it fits perfectly. Small detail gives character to the steering wheel. I uploaded a picture to show how it fits nicely.
Fitment is fine, no real complaints of the product or price. The WRX letters are not the best of quality though. I was slightly disappointed to see how crudely they were made. It looks fine from a distance but when I'm looking right at it during my drive I can see some imperfections that I'm not happy with. Keeping it on the car just because it makes the interior pop a little. Overall, not bad and honestly worth the $7, just not as great looking as the pictures made it out to be.
Easy install. Nice subtle touch!
I got the matte black version and I love the way it looks! It adds character to the steering wheel! It was super easy to install as well, just made everything wet and it slid right into place!
Meaning this spot on the steering wheel looks like it was missing something ... now looks complete .. !!
Fills the gap nicely
The wrx felt plane there. So glad this is a product, though I wish it was textured
Initially i was bummed out of the 'empty' silver space on the bottom of the steering wheel. Glad i bought these, totally makes a big difference!
Very nice touch
Honestly completes the steering wheel, i always wished something was there because is look sorta incomplete to me and this does it. And it's not a cheap paper sticker it's a quality rubber kind of material and you can clean your steering wheel without worrying about it coming off. All around very nice.
QUICK AND EASY
was super easy and looks great
Decent for what it is
Thankfully they send you two, lol. Shade is just slightly darker than the matte black on the oem wheel already, but it's almost imperceptible. Paired with the gloss black lower spoke cover, definitely makes the wheel gel better with the rest of the interior.
Easiest mod you can do. But it adds so much class to the wheel. It has raised lettering so it's not some cheap print.
This product really adds a change to my wheel. Instead of having the blank silver spot, this puts a new spin on the look. Easy to install, just have an alcohol pad ready, clean the area and install. I have a 2017 WRX, and it fit well.
Change of Impression
I bought a similar one on eBay before, but that one was poorly made which the text was in a very ugly font. Fortunately, with almost the same price, this one make by SubiSpeed meet my expectation. Believe it or not, by simply covering that little silver area, it will change the entire impression of the steering wheel.
I didnt realize how much this steering wheel really needed this decal until i put it on. Ive got a good amount of experience with installing stickers and stuff but needless to say, Its cut perfectly, it fits perfectly and with a steady hand can be installed perfectly first time everytime. Tip: line up one side of the sticker to the edge of the inlay and work your way to the middle. Make sure the bottom is sitting on the edges nicely then finish the other side. Use the blunt end of a credit card and just make sure the sitting will adhere nicely.
a no brainer
im waiting for my carbon fiber inlay for my steering wheel then ill install all at the same time
It's a sticker (but much needed one)
Yeah, it's a sticker... so you install it and your skills determine if it will be straight and perfect. It is cut right and when you take your time and prep the area (wipe some alcohol before applying to the plastic) it will look very nice. Applying some heat after the installation also made it fit better. Picture attached.
Adds to the overall looks
Found it to fit 9,8/10 perfect, my only wish is that it would've been in 3D carbon finish like my emblem steering and outside front and rear badges but still quite pleased with it!
This looks so good you'll soon forget there was an empty space of plastic there before. I got the carbon fiber looking one and it kinda matches the one that the car has around it.
Carbor Fibre Looks Off
I'm completely satisfied with not having that awkward blank spot on the steering wheel, I just wish the carbon fibre pattern was tilted 45° to make it look like a closer match to the carbon fibre trim. \\\\ as opposed to |||| Still looks better than blank silver though!
Product looks great after being installed. Install is very simple, it just takes some patience. Fitting is off such a tiny bit no one will notice unless you have amazing attention to detail. I went with the matte black and it looks great with everything else. Great customer service and fast shipping like always!
The blank silver area on the wheel was starting to bother me, finding it distracting when spinning the wheel. This fixes the problem and helps finish the car nicely. Not a perfect fit, if you are a bit OCD, but good enough
Looks great, really fills that gap in the steering wheel.
Have to Start Somewhere
Inexpensive and make the inside pop, def glad i bought this for my Rex! took like maybe 30 seconds to put on.
Good but expensive shipping
This steering wheel inlay looks great and took seconds to install. It's a thin vinyl transfer and so I think the shipping is expensive. Subispeed could have mailed it in a regular envelope with a first class postage stamp so the shipping would have cost less than 50 cents!!
It's the Little Things
Seriously, just order it. Perfect fit, and after a day you'll swear it's always been there. Took 10 seconds to put it on, and it makes the wheel look complete.
Perfect fit. Looks like it belongs there from the factory
