This item will allow you to wire your new light without tapping the factory wires. This speeds up the install and allows you to return your vehicle to a completely stock setup.
NOTE: Plug and play harness is not compatible with the Crosstrek.

This is for when you are hardparked at a super cool meet, but decide it is time to blast out of there. Let everyone know they need to get out of the way cause you're coming through. "This ain't no Mustang. I don't run over people." This lamp lets them know just that. Alright, all jokes aside, the low mounted rear fog light is something that USDM vehicles are missing vs their JDM counterparts. These lamps increase visibility and flat out looks really good. This version has a plug and play harness. Just connect it to your taillight wiring before any additional modifications (like a tail as turn). Mount the lamp up and you're ready to go.

The square brake light operates as the parking light and gets bright when the brake is depressed. It does not feature a blinking pattern. The reverse light does feature a blinking light. As soon as you switch into reverse, it will blink for a couple of seconds and then go solid to provide more light. You can also make it blink continuously through a series of easy steps performed from the driver's seat (no wiring required to perform this change). Details are included in the supplied instructions. This OLM lamp includes the required parts to mount it to your USDM vehicle. Plug and play harness is not compatible with the Crosstrek. Modifications will have to be made to the wiring (snipping, stripping, and tapping) to work with the 13-17 Crosstrek.
The bumper cover does not need to be removed in order to install this product. Simply undo the fasteners at the bottom of the bumper cover so you can gain enough access to knock out the factory plastic cap.
We highly recommend covering the lens of the new fog light casing with painter's tape or something similar during installation. This will prevent scratches while you maneuver it into position.

Completes the rear end look. I didn't want a 4th brake light that flashes so this one was perfect and also has a backup light you can flash or keep solid. Recommend this product.
The design is great and really nice to be able to just plug and play. It’s also packaged well and shipped quickly. It took a couple hours to install due to rear bumper removal and rusty rear mud flap bolts. Once rear bumper was removed it was very easy. More room to remove the plastic plate and install the light. Helps clean up the back of the car and adds attention to when you break and reverse. We all know regular drivers don’t pay attention 🙂
There are a lot of choices for this type of product on the market. This was my first OLM purchase and I was not disappointed.

Just installed the unit in the car. Reverse light with blinking is great for low light and alertness. Wish the brake had the F1 blinking as well but just realized this model does NOT have this function. Overall happy with the purchase!

I have had this product for about 9 months and the f1 brake light has stopped working. Overall its a cool piece really helps When revering in low/no light scenarios.

installed it and its crooked....no instruction manual . used all parts and should not be crooked and there is nothing to ajust buy with caution
Bought this with a matching set of Subispeed USDM TR Taillights. Good fitment and straight forward install. Definitely recommend the plug and play harness with this. Love the reverse rapid strobe function. When in reverse it strobes for a few then stays solid. Thanks for the added safety and great products Subispeed!!!!

Been pondering installing something like this for months and finally chose this version and I would it's great! Looks great and construction looks and feels good. Definitely fills the void on where the plastic cover was.
Parts came next day, AM delivery! Total install took Plug and play made install super simple and clean, definitely a high quality offering by SubiSpeed on this one! Not necessary to remove bumper, popping off four clips and jacking up the rear end was plenty of space to work. Thanks again guys!
In my opinion, this light completes the look of the car from the back. Not only it looks good but also an easy install. It took me about 30 minutes to do. Highly Recommend!!
