Front license plate relocation kit from Perrin
Not many of us like front license plates, but then again not many of us like tickets either. The center mount position isn't always the best looking place. It also blocks some airflow to the radiator. Put that tow hook to use.
Perrin's plate holder is made from laser cut plate aluminum which is texture powder coated in a wrinkle black finish. The tow hook adapter is CNC machined hex cut bar stock and anodized black for better corrosion resistance. The PERRIN Subaru Plate holder is made of thick plate aluminum which is folded in a press break to add rigidity and eliminate any flex. It will not bend, flex or rotate like competitor parts.

The PERRIN license plate holder can be adjusted up or down to get the exact look you want on your 2015-2017 WRX or STI. This allows you to place the plate perfectly on your car regardless of bumper style or aftermarket light installation. This kit also fits the 2013-2017 Crosstrek.

PERRIN's Subaru plate mount attaches to the bumper through the front tow hook on your Subaru. This tow hook mount supports the plate without the need of any screws or fasteners which require holes in your bumper.

I originally bought an off-market kit that looked like a battering ram (almost 6" gap between plate and bumper), but this kit sits much closer and contours with the shape of the bumper.

Exactly as described

Very easy to install, and there is plenty of extra washers to adjust the distance of the plate to your liking. You can also adjust the plate up and down depending on where you would like the placement of your license plate.

Subaru starter kit
By David August 5, 2015Great kit from Perrin but it took me forever to screw my plate onto the frame, I think it got bent a little bit so it wasn't lined up well but eventually got it on after 10 minutes. Overall highly recommended

Great look, great product
By Kyle May 11, 2015pretty easy install for this product, video helped and is pretty accurate on time needed to install. The bolts provided for the license plate holes seemed hard to thread initially... I thought that they weren't the correct bolts, however after a few attempts they threaded right up. I added a WRX license plate frame and it fit perfectly with this kit.

By Matthew May 5, 2015When I bought my brand new Subi, it did not come with a front license plate bracket, but the state I live in requires that I must have a front license plate :( …….. I really hated the fact that there needed to be one so I started looking into different options and I think this looks just amazing, the install was easy and took about 5 mins! Well worth the upgrade and now no new holes in my bumper for some ugly front license plate bracket. Quit looking around this is what your looking for!

Excellent plate relocation kit
By Cali April 29, 2015This is exactly what I was looking for. I have had it on for a couple days and it's held up really well. The only change I would personally make is spray painting the silver screws black to make it match better. Good but overall and easy install.

Looks Sharp
By ZomgSquiggy July 24, 2014Like the Summary says this is a sharp looking and crazy light bracket. However, there is one catch that may make the Grimmspeed one a better option. DO NOT TAKE IT THROUGH A CAR WASH.. it will jack up your license plate. Mine got bent by a roller going back and forth front the front to the side and back. I bent the plate back fine, but if you go through car washes versus hand washing your car, this plate bracket may not be for you. SUBISPEED: Thanks for the review! Some of us have the Perrin mount and have purchased metal license plate frame which can also protect your plate from car washes and people walking around your vehicle.
