The surface of the quarter window trim is real plain from the factory. This 3D carbon fiber vinyl trim will protect the surface and look great at the same time.
Sold as a pair. Includes overlays for both passenger and driver's side. The 3D carbon fiber vinyl has re-positionable permanent adhesive with an air egress design. This prevents bubbles from becoming stuck underneath the material when mounting. 5 year outdoor durability.
Installation Tips
Removal of these trim pieces prior to application is possible. Just use firm force to pull them out of the body panel. This step is optional as installation can be performed with them on the vehicle.
It is recommended that the surface of the trim be cleaned thoroughly and left wet. This allows the material to be positioned correctly. Use your fingers to apply and stretch the material into the correct position. Use of a hair dryer is recommended as this can encourage adhesion and allow the material to contour to any curves better.

Nice little detail

Make sure to clean your surface of any grease and have a heat-gun or hair-dryer on hand, as well as a credit card to aid in getting the vinyl to stick around those edges. I couldn't manage to get my pieces to fit as perfectly as the pictures above show - there was a small gap on one side. Overall, decent addition for the price.

Nice look
By KIRK August 7, 2015Easy to install and looks great. I really can't stand just seeing plain plastic so this gave the panel a nice look. I did use water to install because you have to play with it a bit to get the fit just right. Took about 10 mins for both sides.
