These are the Faction Fab 6-Speed Shifter Bushings. These particular bushings have been crafted from quality urethane materials to be a direct replacement for the weak factory rubber bushing. It has been designed to eliminate unwanted shifter slop to provide an increased shifter feel and to reduce the shifter errors associated with the soft factory rear mount.
