ImportantPLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS. If you would like your order shipped to a different address than your billing you will need to call your credit card company and have the address added to your account so we can verify.
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $149.99 IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR THE CONTINENTAL USA 48 STATES. If you are outside of this region you will be contacted for payment of additional shipping charges which we will calculate with UPS / DHL / FedEx and pass along to your order.
Terms and ConditionsThe following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Order Acceptance PolicyPayment shall be made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Address Change PolicyIf you do not put the correct address on your order for shipping and need it changed at any point there will be a minimum charge of $40 to make the change. It takes staff time to make the address change. If the order has already shipped and the address needs changed there is a charge of $50 as UPS and FedEx charge fees to make an address change. This type of address change is not guaranteed to succeed. Please take the time the first time to make sure your address information is correct on the order. We process orders as quickly as possible and they are often shipped before you can contact us to make a change.
Typographical ErrorsIn the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Product Availability & PricingWe cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. Pricing on the Online Store is good for in stock quantity and only good if purchased through our website. If you need additional items above what we have in stock please contact us for pricing.
Shipping and DeliveryWe use UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS for deliveries. We are not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 15 business days for delivery. Express Courier can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping time frames are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 2 business days.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the courier's control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters. We do not accept Collect shipments for online orders. All shipping charges are charged at the time the order is placed online.
Any order received after 2PM CST will not ship until the following business day.
International Customers & OrdersPlease be advised that we run three warehouses located inside the USA. Products listed as "IN STOCK" could be at any of these warehouses. If your order contains items that are split among these warehouses we will combine all line items into one single location. Doing this saves you multiple customs fees as your order will arrive in a single shipment. Please understand this is our policy and we only ship international orders "complete". Your order could very well have an extra delay while the combining process is completed. Delays typically range 3 business days but could extend up to 7 business days depending on how many warehouse transfers are needed to get your order into a single location.
Please note: International customers are responsible for all import fees including taxes and brokerage fees.
Out of Stock itemsOrders placed on items that are listed as "Ships from Factory" are placed immediately on back order. Your item will ship as soon as it is available from the manufacturer.
Coupon CodesCoupon codes only work on select items. Certain items‒carbon fiber items, large or heavy items, and certain product lines‒are void from coupon codes.

PaymentPayment on all items purchased via the Online Store is credit card only. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. All credit card orders will be approved and verified before your shipment can be made. All products ordered in the Online Store will be charged in US Dollars. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address if applicable. We also accept wire transfers and checks. Please arrange wire transfer and check payments by contacting us beforehand.
Return/Cancellation PolicySpecial or high volume orders are subject to terms of JB Autosports. Some items cannot be canceled and are non-returnable.
Due to the integration of several systems and processes across multiple departments orders cannot be canceled or exchanged except in very limited circumstances. To inquire about canceling an order please contact us with your full name, order ID, reason for canceling, and the part or parts you want to cancel. A small fee (5%-10% of the original price) will apply to order cancellations as the credit card companies charge us to process your original transaction. We believe this is fair since you clicked on the order button and typed your information in. We have to pay people to process the order and do the accounting.
Before returning qualified merchandise, you must contact Customer Service to get an RMA number. Customer Service will fill out details of your request and email or fax a copy of the RMA to you. The RMA number must be clearly marked on all return shipments or it will be refused. Products must be returned in the original carton, in like new condition and include all documentation, and accessories to avoid restocking charges.
1. Freight for all returns is the customers responsibility.
2. Do not write-on or mark the original product boxes.
3. All returns are subject to a restock fee.
4. All returns are subject to inspection.
5. Inspection approval is at our discretion. Credit will be issued accordingly.
6. Freight charges from the original shipment to customer will not be included in credit.
7. We do not cover install or shop fee's. Please make sure the item you received is correct before paying someone to install an item.
General Warranty Information
All product warranties are non-transferable unless noted on our website or by the manufacturer.
International Warranty Support
Most manufacturers offer warranty support on their products for a period of time. This warranty only applies to US residents as the manufactures will not cover international shipping, taxes, and other import/export duties.
JB Autosports Inc. also does not support international warranty claims. Any client that is not located inside the USA purchasing items from us must agree and understand that products provided do not come with any warranty support. Items are "AS-IS" with no MFG warranty or warranty from JB Autosports Inc. to residents outside of the United States. Warranty only applies to residents of the United States that are located inside the United States.
By placing an order with us you have agreed to these terms and conditions of sale.
Signing Up and Opting-In to the ServiceEnrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old. Before the Service will start, you will need to agree to these Terms. SubiSpeed reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice.
By opting into the Service, you:
- Authorize SubiSpeed to use auto dialer or non-auto dialed technology to send text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in).
- Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.
- Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in.
- Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a free paper or email copy of the opt-in or to update our records with your contact information, please email [email protected]. To view and retain an electronic copy of these Terms or the rest of your opt-in, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with Internet access, and (ii) and either a printer or storage space on such device. Content You May ReceiveOnce you affirm your choice to opt-in to the Service, your message frequency may vary. You may receive an alert when instances occur such as:

- Sales, promotions, events
- Product alert and product updates
- Cart reminders
Charges and CarriersMessage and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of using the Service.
Supported carriers are AT & T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. SubiSpeed may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. SubiSpeed and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.
To Stop the ServiceTo stop receiving text messages from SubiSpeed, text the word STOP to 85373 any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received from SubiSpeed. For Services operated through a different number, text STOP to that number to opt out. Your opt-out request may generate either a confirmation text or a texted request to clarify the text message program to which it applies (if you have more than one). To complete your opt-out, please provide the requested clarification. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that SubiSpeed and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from SubiSpeed through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These Terms still will apply if you withdraw the consent mentioned above or opt out of the Service.
