3" Catback Exhaust
304 stainless steel is used throughout the exhaust construction. All components are meticulously TIG welded for outstanding appearance and strength. Four custom exhaust tips fill the factory bumper cut-outs perfectly, protruding just enough to show off the COBB logos etched into the top of each polished tip. Cobb Fuel Rail Line Kit
The COBB Subaru Fuel Rail Line Kit is designed to be used along with the COBB Fuel Rail Kit. All lines are pre-assembled with double-swivel sport crimp style hose ends and ready for installation. Stainless reinforced PTFE line with black covering has a 3" minimum bend radius which allows for a straight forward installation when used as intended. With a 2500psi operating pressure and >10000psi burst pressure, these lines are incredibly robust.
Cobb Silicone turbo Inlet
Constructed of black 5-ply silicone, the COBB Turbo Inlet is a direct replacement for your 2008-2018 STI! The custom silicone construction of the COBB Turbo Inlet rejects high engine bay temperatures and keeps the intake air closer to ambient temperature. The steel wire reinforced design eliminates the issue of hose collapse that other inlet hoses suffer under vacuum at peak demand, yet allows adequate flex between the engine and the intake.
The COBB inlet pipe is quite a bit bigger and longer than the standard inlet pipe. It is designed this way for a variety of different turbocharger and intake setups. Trim for best fitment within your needs.
The COBB Tuning downpipe begins with the CAD designed bellmouth that directs the air coming out of the turbo. The design permits the air to flow with very little turbulence to the single high flow catalytic converter. This metal substrate cat is highly efficient, allowing the exhaust to flow much easier than the factory unit ever would. The COBB downpipe, combined with our Accessport engine management, is one of the most easy installations for any enthusiast looking to unlock the true potential of their WRX. The engineering that went into the COBB 3" Downpipe started with the CAD designed investment-cast turbine outlet, made of 304 stainless steel for enduring corrosion resistance and reduced heat transfer to the engine bay. The shape of the outlet flange smoothly blends the turbine outlet and wastegate gases. The outlet flange is configured with an O2 sensor bung to accommodate the stock O2 sensor. A custom spun metal substrate high flow catalytic converter comes next. This one piece 400 grade stainless steel cat has a much higher flow rate and longer lifespan compared to ceramic or "brick" style cats. It also reaches operating temperature faster than other style cats for cleaner cold-start emissions. A second O2 sensor bung is located immediately after the cat to be used by the second OEM O2 sensor. All tubing used in the fabrication of this downpipe is 304 stainless steel for increased corrosion resistance. The end piping tapers down to a flange that uses the stock donut gasket and factory spring bolts to aid in flex, longevity and proper fitment. This provides an improved seal compared to other methods, as well as reduced noise. An additional benefit is that it makes the COBB 3" Downpipe compatible with any cat-back exhaust that mates to the factory cat section.
The COBB Tuning turbo downpipe is one of the premier modifications most owners look to upgrade on their vehicle. By opening the diameter of exhaust flow coming out of the turbo, the downpipe unleash power where the stock restrictive unit lacks.

Subaru SF Intake System
The C.A.R.B certified (2010+ pending) COBB Tuning SF Intake removes a pre-turbo restriction in the stock intake system. The SF Intake intake system utilizes several unique features in an effort to maintain optimal flow for performance while minimizing turbulence that can cause engine management problems. From a custom conical cloth air-filter element, a CFD-designed velocity stack leads to an unique air flow straightener grid designed to smooth the incoming air flow as it passes the Mass Air Flow sensor for precise readings. The intake utilizes a one piece design constructed from a high temperature plastic composite, saving weight and reducing heat transfer.

The SF Air Box adds the benefits of a cold air intake to the outstanding performance of the SF Intake. The factory inlet directs cold air from the front grill to the SF Airbox, which encloses the SF Intake. Hot engine bay air that robs horsepower is prevented from entering the intake system to provide consistent intake performance. This unique design also separates rainwater from the intake air, eliminating the water ingestion issues that plague in-fender cold air intakes. This intake airbox is constructed of 16 gauge aluminum, consisting of a one piece surround, directional lid, stainless steel hardware and all the necessary components for a seamless install with OEM quality fit and finish.

Flex Fuel Ethanol Sensor Kit
A complete plug and play solution enabling users to convert their supported Subaru WRX or STI to a Flex Fuel configuration. This is the easiest to use and most sophisticated Flex Fuel kit on the market. Utilizing OEM fuel and electronic connectors, the Ethanol Sensor Kit measures the ethanol content of fuel being fed to the motor. That data is then converted into a signal that the ECU can use for adjusting calibrations and to be displayed on a custom Accessport monitor.
The Flex Fuel Ethanol Sensor Kit is a requirement for converting your supported Subaru to a Flex Fuel configuration. The Ethanol Sensor Kit measures the ethanol content of fuel being fed into the motor and converts it into data that can be utilized by the car's ECU. Flex Fuel OTS maps will be available for Stage 3 ONLY starting 1/2016 or 2/2016. You can also source a Protune from a custom tuner.

AEM’s 320lph E85-Compatible High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pumps feature robust internal construction that is designed to withstand the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels, and are tested to work with ethanol fuels up to E100, methanol fuels up to M100 and all types of gasoline. Precision cut stainless steel ensures that the heat shield can withstand years of abuse. The COBB logo is laser etched and can be clearly seen no matter how much heat is being deflected. A great addition to show cars and race cars alike!
The COBB Tuning stainless steel heat shield is in house designed and a replacement for the factory turbo heat shield found on most vehicles. A modification which goes hand in hand with an aftermarket downpipe install. A heat shield prevents the venting of heat caused from exhaust gas temperatures to vent into the engine bay there by reducing heat soak into key components that benefit from cooler ambient temperature, such as the intercooler.

Cobb Subaru Fuel RailsThe COBB Subaru Fuel Rails are constructed of 6061 Billet Aluminum and feature black anodizing with a laser etched COBB logo. Each rail comes with -8 AN to -6 AN adapters pre-installed to allow for plug and play installation with the COBB Fuel Line Kit. Included hardware and adapters allow these fuel rails to be installed using either stock style or Injector Dynamics Fuel Injectors. Phenolic thermal spacers and stand-offs provide a heat barrier between the cylinder head and fuel system and are included with each kit.
Upgrading your Subaru's fuel system is required in order to take advantage of airflow modifications such as intakes, exhausts, or turbochargers. The COBB Fuel Rail Kit allows for increased fuel capacity and consistent performance at each injector.
