LED kits are easy to install.
The stock wiring can support a 45w LED kit. No modification to the wiring is required.
Caution: Never touch bulbs with your bare hands. The oils from your hands can cause the bulb to break once they are turned on and heat up.
Open air box on passenger side to gain access to the bulb area. With the airbox split open, you can reach the light bulb. Disconnect the factory harness from the light bulb and remove the factory light bulb.
Install the LED bulb in the socket in the same manner as the stock bulb.
Be sure to take notice of the + and - markings on the LED driver. Connect the end to the factory harness. The black wire on the factory harness should align with the - sign on the ballast.
For the driver's side, it is recommended that you loosen the battery tie down and move the battery a little to gain access to this bulb. Repeat the same steps above. Once you are complete, test the lights. If they work properly, tighten everything back down and reassemble the airbox.
